Student Success Story – Sue’s Scoop in Cotswold Life Magazine

We’ve been following Sue’s progress as an interior stylist and consultant since she graduated with us in 2013.

Sue admits to “bursting into tears” when she moved in and realised what she had taken on. The dilapidated state of her period country home was not for the faint-hearted, but Sue saw its potential. In our post ‘Sue’s Sanctuary’ you can see her ‘before and after’ photos. They reveal a wonderful transformation and demonstrate how Sue can transform a space brilliantly.

In our first post about Sue, we saw her set up her own design consultancy, The Green and Blue Company. Since then she has styled lots of beautiful houses around the Cotswolds and helped clients declutter, add colour, new furniture and accessories into their homes.

Gaining experience and confidence with every project and using the skills she learned with My Interior Design School, Sue felt ready to take on her biggest challenge yet – her own home near Cirencester.

Sue’s obvious design talents have now been recognised by Cotswold Life Magazine who have featured her renovation project in their latest issue.

We are delighted and very proud to see how well Sue is doing with her styling projects and look forward to seeing many more of her fabulous home styling renovations!
