The semi-finals of the BBC2 TV series, Interior Design Masters has arrived!
Just 3 contestants remain.
On Wednesday night we’ll see Ju, Frank and Cassie battle it out to earn a place in the final to win a coveted design contract at a London hotel.
Their design brief this week? To re-style a hair salon in Whitstable on the Kent coast.
Working on their own for the first time, series judge Michelle Ogundehin advises the designers to listen carefully to their clients’ needs and to consider the practical requirements of a busy working hair salon.
To help them with this week’s challenge, design experts, including Kelly Hoppen will be offering the contestants their support.
Kelly (who Anne and Rachael had the pleasure of meeting in Cheltenham) will be on hand to give her top tips and advice gained from her many years’ experience as a top international designer.
Helping Michelle to judge is designer and broadcaster Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen who is “famed for his outfits and coiffured hair, so who better to help judge what makes a perfect salon!”
Anne and Rachael have met Laurence many times and agree that he “is not afraid to offer his opinions on what makes good design”, so will be a great addition to the show.
The semi-final promises to be full of drama.
So get ready for Wednesday 25th September 2019 at 8pm on BBC2 to see who will make it through to the final.
