In Autumn 2017, My Interior Design School will be running their ever-popular workshop – Colour School™ at the Hotel du Vin in Bristol.
“We are really excited to bring this 1-day workshop to the South-West” says Course Director, Anne Wall. “It’s a really vibrant city, with lots of stunning homes and interior shops. We’re sure local interior design fans will be keen to learn more about colour and we look forward to inspiring them”!
Guests will be taught in a small class and guided through the design process by Rachael Kilby-Tyre, My Interior Design School’s Design Director.
By the end of the course, guests will be confident in using colour in their own homes or advising clients.
Topics include where to start with a scheme, colour theory, the psychology of colour in the home and how to make illusions of space using paint and wallpaper.
Following a 2-course lunch with wine; guests will create their own colour mood board to take home and will leave full of confidence and inspiration to try their own schemes at home.
Colour School™ Bristol will take place at the stunning Hotel du Vin on Thursday 5th October from 10am to 4pm. Places cost £175 and include refreshments, lunch, materials, course notes and a Certificate.
“It’s a fabulous course if you want to update your home or if you are planning a career in interior design” adds Rachael.
