Students at My Interior Design School enjoyed a fabulous week of interior design recently.
The 5 day course – Design Week – An Introduction to Interior Design – accredited by City & Guilds – took place at the stylish Langton on Cheltenham’s London Road at the end of June.
The students learnt about colour theory and the psychology of colour, how to tackle a styling project, lighting design, how to draw to scale and survey a room. They learnt designer secrets and top tips from their professional tutors.
“We were thrilled with the students’ work this year”, says Course Director, Anne Wall. “The students produced some beautiful schemes”.
The students certainly seemed to enjoy their week
“I am delighted I found this course. I have enjoyed it so much and I feel so much more confident.”
“I have thoroughly enjoyed this course – particularly the creative side of making the mood and scheme boards. It has been a great introduction to interior design and has fuelled my enthusiasm to carry on doing more projects.”
My Interior Design School will be running this Interior Design Week course again in the autumn, from Monday 23rd – Friday 27th September 2013 at The Langton, London Road, Cheltenham.
The course costs £995 (City & Guilds accredited) or £875 (recreational). A daily 2-course lunch and materials are provided.
