Since graduating with My Interior Design School, Jill has been using her design talents on a number of different projects around the Cotswolds.
Jill prides herself on offering her skills from whole property renovations, to the smallest commissions including new lampshades.
“I love anything to do with interiors” says Jill “so I will take on most projects, whatever the size,” she laughs.
A local furniture maker has recognised her talents and employed her to work with clients on larger schemes requiring spacial design and whole room schemes, choosing and designing soft furnishings, as well as styling the shop window.
After years working as a Project Manager, Jill now enjoys the flexibility and freedom of running her own interior design consultancy.
“The best part of my new job” explains Jill “is working with clients on something personal or bespoke to them to make their surroundings feel really special”.
Another recent accolade for Jill is having her work featured in Cotswold Life magazine.
Take a look at some of the design schemes Jill has worked on, creating client mood boards, elevations and fabulous final scheme boards.
Jill joined My Interior Design School as part of a retirement plan to work in property renovation. She wanted to learn new skills and gain the confidence to tackle even the most challenging of projects.
She seems well on her way and it sounds like Jill’s eventual retirement will keep her as busy as ever.
