Student Success Story: Lucy Augé

Invite to Lucy Augé's 500 FlowersWe were delighted to be invited to Lucy Augé’s show in Bath recently.

We first met Lucy in 2013, when she joined My Interior Design School at one of our workshops.

Since then we have followed her career with interest – where she has worked for a major national greetings card retailer, to creating her own stationery, fabric and textile designs.

Her show “500 Flowers” is open to the public from 9am to 7pm until 30th November and we can highly recommend dropping in.

Over the last 6 months, Lucy has produced pieces daily to capture nature and flora in its simplest form – and revealing her creative process of displaying her first attempts – so a fascinating showcase of her unedited creativity.

Take a look at the photos where our Course Director, Anne and Design Director Rachael went down to Bath to enjoy a glass of wine and see her show.

We were thrilled to hear that Lucy has recently taken commissions from Vivienne Westwood and the famous, new London restaurant Chiltern Firehouse.
