Despite DIY and hardware stores being listed as ‘essential’ it may prove difficult to get there. So you may prefer to have your tester pots, paint and decorating items delivered.

So, where can you buy paint online?

We’ve looked around and come up with the companies who (at the time of writing) are still offering an online, paint delivery service.

John Lewis

John Lewis sells Designer’s Guild and Little Greene Paint Company paints.

There appears to be a good range of paint available online. They can also supply tester pots, wallpaper and swatches.

Farrow & Ball

Our friend Joa Studholme informs us that you can still order Farrow & Ball directly from their website, with free delivery for purchases over £100. The delivery time may take a little longer than usual (14 – 21 days) however. Don’t forget their tester pots and wallpaper too!

At the moment, Dulux are no longer offering an online delivery service. However, see the other retailers in this list who stock Dulux paint and may be able to supply the shade you are looking for.

Paint and Paper

Want to support a small, independent retailer based in Norwich? Then check out Paint and Paper who supply lots of paint brands and wallpaper and as of today, are resuming their online delivery service!

In our search, Homebase appeared to be offering numerous brands of paint and tester pots for online delivery. Brands include Dulux, Farrow & Ball and Crown paints.

They also sell exterior paint, so if you want to give your garden or patio a restyle, this could be a great time to start!

Wickes was the only retailer we found to have an online queueing system. We were asked to wait 20 minutes, due to a high demand, but this was at a peak time.

Perhaps try a quieter time to browse the paints available.

Designer Paint

This website acts as one-stop retailer for designer paint brands, including Graham & Brown, Sanderson, Paint Library, Albany and Dulux Heritage. Their online service appears to be running ‘normally’ and if you want any wallpaper samples, their sister company is

Ebay and Amazon

They may not be the most obvious of paint retailers, but Ebay and Amazon are offering an online delivery service of Dulux paints, at time of writing.

The Range

You may not know this retailer, but they offer numerous craft, DIY, home and garden supplies and paint online.

Sadly a number of their tester pots appeared to be sold out, but their delivery times and prices are worth checking out via their website.

    Upstairs Downstairs Interiors are also offering Little Greene Paint. You can phone through your order and they will mix it up and leave on the doorstep for you to pick up.
